- Microsoft 365 Copilot for Business – AI built for work that helps your team draft content, summarize information, and streamline daily tasks directly inside Microsoft 365.
- Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium (optional add-on) – advanced security and compliance capabilities to help safeguard business data and manage risk.
The bundle focuses on built-in security you can trust, helping keep your business data and devices safe while your team benefits from AI-assisted productivity. You can also extend protection with optional security add-ons if your organization needs more advanced controls.
How is pricing structured for the AI and security add-ons?
Pricing is structured as simple per-user add-ons to Microsoft 365 Business Premium:
- AI productivity (Microsoft 365 Copilot for Business):
Add secure AI capabilities for only $10 more per user per month when bundled as a limited-time offer.
- Most secure AI solution bundle:
In some offers, the most secure AI solution is available for $15 more per user per month, combining AI with enhanced security.
- Advanced security (Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium):
Add advanced protection for $5 more per user per month.
This lets you start with Business Premium and then layer on AI and advanced security in a way that matches your budget and risk profile.
Are there any purchase requirements or time limits?
Yes, there are clear purchase and timing requirements for the promotional pricing:
- License quantity: A qualified purchase of 10 to 300 licenses is required.
- Promotion period: The offer is available for a limited time, from December 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
Within this window, eligible customers can add Microsoft 365 Copilot for Business and, optionally, the Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium at the stated per-user, per-month prices. Outside of the promotion period, standard pricing and terms apply.
